About The Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to take charge of our design process from start to finish. You'll be pivotal in ensuring our digital products are both functional and visually appealing, aligning with user needs and project goals.

This role is full-time and remote, with the expectation of a 40-hour workweek. Flexibility is key, as project demands may occasionally extend beyond standard hours.


Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process, from research to implementation, ensuring it meets project requirements and user needs.

• Collaborate with product teams and developers to understand business objectives, user expectations, and technical constraints.

• Create user personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes, iterating based on user feedback and research.

• Produce visually appealing designs, including graphics, animations, and interactive elements, and ensure the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly.

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly, addressing any UX issues and enhancing user interaction and responsiveness.


Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in a product-driven environment, with a portfolio showcasing interactive designs.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and skill in creating animations and 3D design elements.

• Strong ability to conduct user research and usability testing, and to incorporate findings into design improvements.

• Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design principles, and basic understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure designs are feasible.

• Excellent visual design skills, with attention to typography, color, and layout, and effective communication skills for collaborating with teams.
