At Marinade, you’ll be heading the Partnership team. This elite group of 5 motivated people is directly responsible for achieving the inspiring goal of decentralising Solana. The more SOL get staked with Marinade, the more secure and fair Solana becomes.

You’ll hit the ground running, building on your existing network and past experience in overdelivering B2B sales targets. You’ll coach and/or build your stellar team to grow existing accounts and bring in new, big partners.

Your Misson: Bring in +10M SOL staked by the end of 2022 by securing new partnerships and growing existing accounts.

Outcomes: 1. Grow partnership monthly net SOL stake 4x a) Add 5 protocols with at least 100K monthly net SOL stake each. b) Add 3 exchanges or wallets with at least 250K monthly net SOL stake each. c) Expand existing accounts by 50%.

1. Build and lead a team of 5 sales professionals. a) Hire and lead an account role to grow existing accounts. b) Hire and lead a senior sales role in institutional crypto to secure new accounts. c) Provide mentorship for the team & manage partnership budget to operate.
