What you will be doing
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business models and their needs through relationship building and management.
- Based on key customer service processes, keep track of the status of key clients and respond to the client's questions and demands in a quick manner.
- Acquire and develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of global clients (High net worth individuals, institutions, funds, market-makers, etc).
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above. English could be used as a working language.
- Financial background in the crypto industry, banking, investment services, custody, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and client services spirit.
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, and digital assets preferred.
