We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding web2 and web3 gaming content creators, managing campaigns for/with them, as well as onboarding crypto KOLs. This role requires a deep understanding of the web3 landscape and a proven track record of working in this space.

Responsibilities:
Ā
Always look for and onboard web2 and web3 gaming content creators, fostering strong relationships.
Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
In addition to working with gamer CCs, identify and onboard crypto KOLs to expand our network and reach within the crypto community.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web3 marketing and influencer relations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing, and content managers.

Requirements:
Ā
Proven experience in web3, preferably in a similar role involving influencer management and campaign execution.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
Existing network within the web3 and gaming communities is a significant advantage.
Passion for gaming and crypto is a plus.
