Position

We are looking for a senior-level partner who will be responsible for strategically planning and executing initiatives to spread our business globally.

In this role you will

• Use your knowledge to spearhead the expansion and advancement of digital currency in global regions, such as Central America, South America, the Caribbean, etc. by managing government relationships and advocating for our technology.
• Work with and lead a talented team to drive and execute innovations and solutions.
• Infuse energy, creativity and purpose to propel your team and give them something to come into work for each day.

Basic qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading and managing globally distributed teams.
• 15+ years of experience in global operations and business strategy in financial services and institutional markets.
• A deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, and its positioning in various areas of the world.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
