What you’ll do

As Global Creative Director / Head of Creative you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing creative, design and production teams. You will establish the creative marketing vision for our portfolio of brands, oversee our brand identity and design system and manage a team of designers, art directors and copywriters. You will work closely with your counterparts in the marketing leadership team and the broader design community within ConsenSys to define, ideate and develop world-class marketing programs that shine a spotlight on web3 culture and creativity around the world. You will contribute to the creative strategy for new growth practices and offerings ConsenSys builds.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• 15+ years of experience as a creative leader within a marketing agency, design studio or/and in-house brand team. Client side experience is a plus. 
• Experience defining creative strategies that engage consumers, developers and institutional audiences 
• Strong marketing acumen and experience developing global marketing programs 
• Prior experience hiring and leading teams of designers, copywriters and production resources
• Experience overseeing external creative agencies
• A passion and interest in web3 topics and communities
• Experience leading globally distributed teams
• A desire to build a culture of creativity in a fast-paced environment
