About the team:

The IT team builds secure and reliable computer infrastructure, services, and custom tooling while implementing the best practices to enable Worldcoin’s employees to work comfortably, safely, and efficiently.

About the job:

You will support the organization in the physical workplace (San Francisco) and digital workplace (system, apps, integration etc.) in the most efficient, yet secure way.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for Worldcoin IT infrastructure and IT applications
• Support users, and their digital workplace experience by fulfilling their needs according to the defined strategy with the best possible effort
• Manage SSO integrations with multiple platforms and applications
• Manage Freshservice service desk, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a thorough, timely, and professional manner
• Maintain detailed documentation and change records for audit purposes
• Create and maintain IT policies, structures and processes regarding IT operations and security
• Order necessary IT equipment. Such as hardware, software, peripherals, IT accessories etc.
• Be responsible for the hybrid office and digital workplace related tasks and making sure that IT operations run smoothly
  
  

About You:

• You are experienced within IT infrastructure & network, so you feel comfortable working self-sufficiently
• You have a great record of supporting users in your previous roles
• You know how to efficiently manage and support MacOS and Windows OS
• You have an experience in IT security, system privacy, user management and workplace management
• You have experience in configuring and troubleshooting collaboration and productivity software including G-suite , Notion , Slack etc
• You managed SSO, MFA, Employee lifecycle management (Okta is preferred but other tools are fine)
• You speak and write English fluently
• Experience working in a start-up environment
