Job Description:

As a Senior Game Designer and Economy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall gameplay experience and economic systems within our games and products.

You will:

• Work on "Last Remains," a Zombie Sci-fi themed stealth PvEvP extraction game on the PC Platform as well as games and gamification initiatives on the Earn Alliance Platform.
• Design, plan, and implement game mechanics, systems, and content, including complex economy systems with currencies, meta and scaffolding game play progression, and monetization.
• Collaborate with colleagues on game and economy design, user experience, and other disciplines to enhance the game's performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Fine-tune features using live game metrics, user experience testing, and analytics for game balancing and performance projections. Continuously evaluate economic systems to improve key metrics such as engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Maintain and optimize the post-launch economy with events, reward structures, and new features, ensuring economic balance and health.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation covering gameplay mechanics, guidelines, game loops, player progression, and expected progression models.
• Become a champion for the player and our users - ensuring our products deliver a “fun”, compelling and engaging experience that is well worth the time, effort and resources they invest while meeting business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least 5 years of experience in game design and economy design.
• Have released or worked on at least 3 published games titles.
• Have a deep understanding of monetization models from paid, subscription and content based, to free to play and play to earn models.
• Ability to research, design for, understand and be passionate about a variety of audience types.
• Remain current on industry trends including new game genres, new game design methods, and emerging platforms especially those in the web3 space. 
• Comfortable presenting ideas and asking for feedback
