We are seeking a bold Sr. Product Designer who is looking to make their stamp on the world and is trying to do Big Things. This person will be part of the team that is designing and building our NFT Marketplace/Creator platform. You will be part of the founding team of designers, product managers and engineers who are on a mission to usher in a new era of Creation.

We are looking for designers who can work in an iterative process with strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and acute attention to detail. Experience in human-centered design, production, collaboration, and understanding modern interaction design is a must. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset will be key. The ideal candidate can gracefully present and defend your design decisions to senior leadership, and can easily take in feedback and differences of opinion.

Responsibilities

• Work in small teams to iteratively create and improve the user experience across multiple personas.
• Take new features and outcomes from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive
• Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback
• Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
• Daily collaboration with Engineering and Product Managers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience
• Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers and product teams
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environment
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Low ego, collaborative, and open minded

Nice to haves

• Experience in successful Pre-seed to Series C experience.
• Interest or Experience in Creator Economy space
• Interest or Experience in NFT space
