Your Purpose

As our Product Designer, you will work to simplify financial services in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and enable financial inclusion.You will create innovative and user-friendly products that help us to become Latin America’s most loved crypto company.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in web/mobile design.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
  • An exceptional portfolio that highlights UX/UI work for web and mobile apps and/or design systems (please share a link to your portfolio with us).
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and great communication skills.
  • Experience in driving an end-to-end design process communicating design decisions to cross-functional partners, and negotiating for a final result that works for the business and users.
  • Experience discovering solutions through research and user testing (sharing prototypes with customers and internal stakeholders).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Service Design is nice to have.

What You Will Do

  • Create a world-class user experience.
  • Leverage data and business metrics to prototype experiences and make informed decisions.
  • Define and refine user flows.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze customer behavior to understand needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Extend and enhance our design system patterns.
  • Monitor design tasks and maintain documentation.
  • Share insights and ideas with multiple stakeholders.
  • Review teammates’ work and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to develop feasible and elegant solutions.
  • Empathize with business users and identify opportunities for our B2B clients.

In web3, a product designer is responsible for designing and creating decentralized applications (dApps) and other products that leverage blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized networks

This involves understanding the unique technical and functional requirements of web3 products, as well as the principles of decentralization, transparency, and user ownership

Web3 product designers need to be familiar with blockchain technology, smart contract programming languages, and decentralized networks, in order to design products that can operate effectively in a decentralized environment

They need to be able to work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that the product is designed in a way that maximizes user control and ownership, while minimizing the potential for fraud or malicious activity

Web3 product designers may work on a range of products, such as decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, non-fungible token (NFT) marketplaces, decentralized social networks, and more
