Remote Product Manager Jobs in Web3

One of our projects is looking for a Product Manager to own coordinating our multiple teams spread widely across varying time zones, as well as accelerating user research and rapid iteration as we involve our growing community of creators and fans in the alpha and beta testing stage. We are quickly moving from MVP into scaling and are building out the complete feature set. We need someone who can turn a fairly detailed but evolving vision into a coherent roadmap, finding and executing on the most impactful outcomes. As an early employee, you'll work closely with the founding team and help with laying the foundations for a strong product, company and culture.

REQUIREMENTS

In this role you will...

• Conduct user research and go hands on rapidly prototyping solutions to real problems.
• Define, refine, and execute on product roadmap, ensuring high-quality and high-velocity product outcomes with multiple development teams across the globe.
• Implement analytics, reporting, and processes to scale product development.
• Coordinate and execute cross-functionally with engineering, content, operations/legal, and support to accelerate our growth.

To be a good fit you have/are...

• An excellent, thoughtful asynchronous communicator who understands how important that can be to an organization.
• Experience building consumer apps, marketplace products, or creator tools and platforms strongly preferred, especially in achieving product market fit.
• Early in your career but ambitious and looking to build the future.
• A self-starter who executes like crazy, and lives/loves product.
• Ability to think strategically but eager to also go hands-on and build from scratch.
• Inclusive and empathetic.
• Put significant effort into understanding and including different perspectives, cultures, methodologies, and capabilities.
• Passionate about empowering creators and their communities.
• Ready and eager to jump into web3, but direct experience is not required.
