Job Description:

    • Responsible for product innovation and operation of Binance AI Bot.
    • Continuously optimise products according to user needs, improve user experience and enhance product competitiveness.
    • Communicate product vision, execution plan, and development status with key collaborators.
    • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure that development and strategy initiatives align.
    • Keep close eyes on AI trends and explore the opportunities that can be applied to Bot.

Qualification:

    • Be able to keep abreast of the latest industry developments and provide ideas for product innovation.
    • With good scenario comprehension, experience in chatbots and other AI products.
    • Good communication and coordination skills, product planning and project management skills. Good presentation skills are also needed.
    • Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into product decisions.
    • Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Have insight into AI technology, self-driven and sensitive to user experience.
    • Bilingual in English and Chinese to be effectively liaising with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
