Web Product Manager NY/DC BASED


Our client is seeking an experienced, hybrid Project/Product Manager responsible for working with a cross-functional team to plan, build, deliver, and produce best-in-class web and digital experiences for our brand. We are a global, product-led company working in the crypto exchange space.


You will coordinate and work closely with the creative marketing and web engineering teams, and will act as the main point of contact with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Legal, Comms, Finance, and other departments.


The right individual has an in-depth understanding of how impactful digital products can help achieve business goals, and will thrive with an adaptable, influential project management approach. Flexibility for working in a fast-paced team environment on a global level is a must. This is a great opportunity to be part of the emerging digital assets and DeFi ecosphere that is primed for next-level digital experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the marketing web product roadmap, setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders
  • Create buy-in for the web product vision for our marketing site(s) and other digital brand products
  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from key stakeholders across the company to implement business strategy
  • Work closely with leadership and Product for seamless incorporation of product data, feature release updates, statuses, and customer flows into the site(s)
  • Manage overall web project organization, resources, and reporting
  • Track and actualize stakeholder feedback into actionable design/dev tasks

You'll Have


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing the end-to-end production of website builds and digital products
  • Formal qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Business, Marketing or related field
  • Agency or product studio experience is preferred
  • Experience working with designers and engineers to iterate on digital products
  • Rigorous organization and management skills, conscientious and adept at problem-solving at all levels of a project
  • Passion for collaboration, documentation, and communication
  • Experience using agile and project management methodologies
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Github, Trello, Clickup
