About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.

Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.

About The Role

Chainlink is hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE). This role exists to define how onchain compliance, identity, and policy enforcement are delivered across both traditional financial institutions and DeFi protocols. You will operate as the single accountable owner for ACE, driving product-market fit in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technical landscape.

Your Impact

  • Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine.

  • Launch and scale ACE to broad market adoption across asset issuers and DeFi protocols.

  • Enable compliant issuance, identity management, and policy enforcement for onchain financial products across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Drive adoption of CLL product stack by embedding complementary Chainlink offerings, including CRE and CCIP, into a unified compliance platform.

  • Establish Chainlink as the default infrastructure provider for onchain compliance and identity at institutional scale.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of demonstrated experience building onchain compliance products from 0→1 as a product manager.

  • Led or owned digital asset products spanning both traditional financial institutions and DeFi protocols.

  • Deep, applied understanding of regulatory requirements for digital assets across multiple global jurisdictions.

  • Experience operating with end-to-end product ownership, including strategy, roadmap definition, and execution.

  • Proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams on technically complex, blockchain-based systems.

  • Track record of representing product vision and progress with senior customer and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience designing or leading a multi-product platform strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

  • Technical depth across blockchain infrastructure that enables effective collaboration with teams working on CCIP, data products, or compliance primitives.

  • History of acting as a product evangelist, aligning internal teams and external partners around a complex, multi-stakeholder vision.

  • Exposure to scaling Web3 or fintech platforms with compliance-aware modules such as AML, KYC, or auditability.
