About KAST
KAST is redefining what it means to bank with stablecoins - think Revolut, rebuilt from scratch on Web3. Backed by top-tier VCs, we’ve grown from 0 to 1 million users in under a year. We’re building the next-gen global bank based entirely on stablecoins.
Design is at the heart of everything we do - it’s how we simplify the complex, make money feel easy, and turn crypto skeptics into brand ambassadors.
KAST is redefining stablecoin banking for global citizens, crypto professionals, Web3-native businesses, and high-inflation markets hungry for USD-backed banking. Backed by top-tier global investors and led by the ex-APAC CEO of Circle, our leadership team spans Circle, Airwallex, Revolut, Wise, Grab, Zoom, AWS, and leading OTC desks. We’ve scaled from zero to nearly a million users at ridiculous speed.
By building directly on-chain, we will deliver what traditional rails can’t: instant yield, flexible collateralized lending, and richer investment products. With a premium user focus and a culture built on velocity × excellence, we’re moving fast to outpace legacy players and build the next generation of financial services.
Cards are at the heart of our today’s value proposition. They’re how users experience stablecoins in the real world - paying at 100M+ merchants globally, withdrawing at ATMs, and accessing new forms of credit. Our ambition is clear: make KAST the #1 stablecoin bank globally.
The Role
We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager - Cards to own the card product end-to-end. From commercial customer offerings, to detailed scheme integrations, to fraud and compliance controls, you’ll lead the product that makes stablecoins spendable everywhere.
Your mission: integrate card partners today, build scheme relationships tomorrow, design card experiences that make KAST cards iconic - and lead us into credit, from collateralized to uncollateralized.
At KAST, ideas are worth zero. Execution at ridiculous speed is everything. This is a role for someone who ships, overcommunicates progress, and makes complex systems simple.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Stage 1: Integrate additional Card-as-a-Service vendors to expand coverage and resilience.
- Stage 2: Drive direct integration with Visa/Mastercard to unlock full scheme control and scale.
- Obsess over and optimize the card transaction lifecycle: authorizations, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, exemptions, fraud flows.
- Define and constantly refine the commercial card proposition: tiers, rewards, fees, value-add services.
- Explore and implement credit offerings - starting with collateralized credit, and expanding to uncollateralized models.
- Partner with Engineering, Ops, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a world-class, simple, and trusted card experience.
- Set and track KPIs: approval rates, decline reasons, fraud levels, interchange economics, credit performance, customer NPS.
- Overcommunicate progress, share wins, and rally teams to move faster.
What You'll Bring
- 10-12+ years in product management, with 5+ years in cards, payments, or card issuing.
- Deep knowledge of card transaction lifecycles, chargebacks, fraud management, exemptions, and scheme compliance.
- Experience designing or scaling credit products (secured or unsecured) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record shipping and scaling card products with commercial impact.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you live and breathe cards, balance vision with execution, and build like a founder.
Why KAST?
- Build the Centurion of crypto cards - the most aspirational product in stablecoin banking.
- High ownership, zero bureaucracy, and direct impact.
- Work with a world-class team across crypto, payments, and fintech.
- Competitive comp + meaningful equity.
- Join a no-BS, high-energy team on track to be the next unicorn.
How To Apply?
Referrals only. Find your way in.
- Ask someone from the KAST team to vouch for you.
- Show us what you’ve built that proves you’re world-class.
- Or surprise us - the best builders always do.
