We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product vision and execution. You will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advanced risk analysis tools and user-centric interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Prioritize features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to define product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.



Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in DeFi, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with natural ownership abilities – you’re self-driven and feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to break down complex problems and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and strategy to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or an innovative, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge in AI is a big plus.
  • Passion for DeFi, Web3, and the future of decentralized finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
