Your role:

  • Define and evolve the product vision for Nexo Card, aligned with the company’s mission and customer needs.
  • Own the card roadmap and manage a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including engineering, design, operations, compliance, and marketing) to define requirements, prioritize, and execute.
  • Work closely with partners like Mastercard and Visa, card issuers, card manufacturers, and processors to implement new features, scheme programs, and regional expansions.
  • Understand customer needs across regions and loyalty tiers and propose features or perks that drive activation and retention.
  • Use data to guide decision-making and measure success via clear KPIs.
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery, in partnership with development teams.
  • Help define how Nexo’s card strategy integrates with our broader ecosystem.

What makes you stand out:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in card issuing, fintech, or payments..
  • Experience working on fintech card products — debit, credit, or prepaid — and familiarity with scheme-level capabilities.
  • Understanding of core revenue drivers for card products: interchange, FX margin, usage fees, etc.
  • Proven ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-paced, ambiguous, and global environment.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, working with dev, design, operations, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Analytical mindset; confident using data to back decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
  • Bonus: understanding of crypto-backed financial products or DeFi.
