Senior Product Manager (Web3.0)
What you will do:
- Lead User Experience Development: Plan, execute, and maintain the exchangeâs world-class onboarding workflows, focusing on best-in-class trading experiences across mobile apps and websites.
- Optimize Multi-Channel Onboarding: Build seamless onboarding and KYC processes for retail, VIP, and institutional users, unifying experiences where appropriate and integrating with other platform products for a connected user journey.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Set up event tracking and funnel analytics to enable CRM capabilities, creating dashboard views for analytical insights into product performance.
- Boost Platform Growth: Collaborate with Growth and CRM teams to devise targeted retail campaigns, improving product success and conversion rates for the exchange.
- Define Features and Outcomes: Lead and document detailed product specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria, balancing trade-offs for optimal feature and product outcomes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with delivery management, lead engineers, QA engineers, Marketing, Growth, CRM, Compliance, and Legal teams to optimize resources, develop technical solutions, ensure comprehensive testing, and drive product adoption through user studies and feedback.
What you will need:
- At least 3+ years of product management experience, with domain knowledge of cryptocurrency trading/exchange platforms preferred (adaptable through related tech experience).
- With years collaborating on Growth or CRM-related initiatives, demonstrating a data-informed work >
- Scalable Product Delivery: Proven experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale, with flexibility to work on non-onboarding exchange projects.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and results-driven mindset, with strong communication skills to connect with Designers, Engineers, QA, Marketing, Growth, CRM, Compliance, and Legal teams as an overcommunicator.
- Understanding of API usage, good aptitude for grasping technical concepts, diligence, openness to learning, and humility in working with others, preferred for crypto-related innovation.
