Blockdaemon is looking for a skilled Product Manager to help with the onboarding journey for our customers. This is a highly cross-functional role that will report to the Director of Product and work closely with product managers, engineers, business development, protocol specialists, customer support, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Define the user onboarding strategy for our staking products
- Collaborate with design and engineering to build a world class onboarding experience for our customers
- Identify user pain points and propose new onboarding solutions
- Add new protocol launches to onboarding processes
- Document workflows pre and post product engagement
- Use KPIs and metrics to continuously iterate on our onboarding experiences
- Engage regularly with our crypto finance customers to ensure our products continually meet their needs
- Work with our Marketing team to create user walkthroughs and tutorials
- Support the Business Development team
Requirements
- 4+ years product management experience
- Deep understanding of user personas and and customer needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a highly cross functional, technical role
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
