The role
As a core member of our Product team, your focus will be researching, designing and building new products/features for leading Crypto Derivatives Trading Network.You will have responsibility through the full product life cycle, from product strategy, prioritization and development to adoption and marketing.You will also be responsible for providing product support, general or technical with a focus primarily upon our newly released API and Mobile application. You should have a keen interest in Crypto and Finance and are comfortable working with institutional clients. This is an opportunity to work with the founding team who are very hands-on in building new products. You will get a chance to work on solving some of the hardest problems in Institutional Crypto Finance.
You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity and a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges. You work backwards from the customer needs, dives deep into data to understand the issues, and drives product development to deliver those needs. You want to work on projects where you are implementing solutions to real problems that require creative solutions and deep understanding of the problem space. You challenge yourself and others to constantly come up with better and often disruptive solutions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery as Product Manager/Owner in Agile Setup
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions related to product strategy and features
  • Experience owning feature delivery and managing tradeoffs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to create buy-in for a bold vision
  • Analytical aptitude and data-driven problem-solving abilitiesHandle multiple contending priorities in an energizing environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working with APIs and Managing API Integrations with Customers/Partners
  • Familiarity with Crypto trading and/or derivatives
  • Experience working in early or mid-state Start-up
  • Experience with Rapid Prototyping of New Products/Features
