Senior Product Manager – VR & Mobile Clients
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product roadmap for the VR and mobile clients, aligned with the broader vision of Decentraland.
- Translate technical infrastructure and engine capabilities into accessible, engaging, and high-quality user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to build, test, and iterate on features.
- Own feature prioritization, sprint planning, and execution tracking using agile methodologies.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from the community to guide product decisions.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, including user retention, engagement, and feature adoption.
- Ensure high standards of UX, performance, and scalability across platforms.
- Act as the internal champion for immersive platforms within the organization.
What you'll bring to the role
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record shipping cross-platform applications (preferably including VR or mobile).
- Experience publishing applications on major platforms such as the App Store, Google Play, or VR marketplaces, with an understanding of certification, submission, and release processes.
- Deep understanding of product development cycles, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with or managing 3D/real-time applications, game engines, or metaverse technologies.
- Technical fluency—you can understand and communicate complex technical systems and constraints.
- Proven ability to translate user needs into detailed product requirements and development plans.
- Passion for open metaverse ecosystems and immersive technologies.
- Genuine interest in building with and for a community—you're excited to engage with users, creators, and stakeholders to shape the product vision.
