Responsibilities
As a Technical Product Manager, you will take ownership of Utilaâs core platform capabilities, including its overall system architecture, security framework, and APIs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Platform Roadmap: Own and lead the platform roadmap in critical areas, focusing on business growth, optimizing user experiences, and driving scalability.
- Define Platform Capabilities: Work closely with R&D teams (backend, frontend, and mobile), security experts, and key organizational stakeholders to shape Utilaâs API, platform architecture, and security model, ensuring clear alignment on the objectives, rationale, and implementation approach.
- Documentation and Planning: Deliver comprehensive requirement documents and product specifications. Propose implementation plans, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely product shipments.
- Product Discovery: Conduct product discovery and gather feedback from customers, partners and developers to refine and enhance solutions.
- Market Research: Continually research the industry and market to ensure best-in-class products and effective solutions to business challenges.
- Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of products and initiatives.
Requirements
- Product Management Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-grade products from conception to launch.
- Technical Acumen: Proven experience in designing and building dynamic, high-performance SaaS platforms, either as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Architect, or Product Manager.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision in describing use cases and features.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
- Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain technology with a keen interest in the latest developments in the digital asset and crypto ecosystem.
- Education: BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience.
