Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Manager in conducting demand research, designing, and iterating features for Web3 wallet and on-chain trading products.
- Conduct in-depth research on the on-chain ecosystem, proposing innovative product solutions based on insights into ecosystem dynamics and user behavior.
- Analyze on-chain data and user feedback to optimize wallet interaction, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and security teams to ensure efficient feature implementation and successful launches.
- Continuously monitor Web3 ecosystem trends, identifying potential hotspots and growth opportunities.
- Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and flowcharts to drive project progress effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Blockchain, or Finance-related fields.
- Familiarity with on-chain ecosystems (e.g., EVM, Solana, MoveVM) and hands-on interaction experience.
- Active user of Web3 wallets and on-chain trading products, with practical trading experience; candidates with a systematic methodology are preferred.
- Strong learning and adaptability skills, capable of quickly grasping new concepts and product models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities, thriving in a fast-paced international team environment.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of blockchain underlying technologies (e.g., accounts, contracts, consensus mechanisms).
- Prior experience with Web3 products (internship or full-time).
- Passion for sharing insightful perspectives on public platforms (primarily X).
- Keen insight into Web3 ecosystem trends, familiarity with emerging on-chain protocols or products, and a unique understanding of the industry; candidates who have published research reports, articles, or other forms of thought leadership on public platforms with notable attention are preferred.
