As Lead Product Manager, you will be leading the Kiln DeFi product and ensuring it is successful for Kiln and our customers.Â
Kiln DeFi enables non-custodial integrators to seamlessly offer and monetise DeFi access to their users. It also helps them streamline user interactions and improve gas efficiency. The product is live in Mainnet with an initial set of 5 integrators.
Responsibilities
Owning the product roadmap. What we should build, when, and why, based on intuition and internal/external conversations.Â
Owning the product messaging. How do we talk about this product externally. Working with marketing on this to ensure our message is well distributed.Â
Owning the pricing and packaging. How we price and distribute this product. How we handle commercial arrangements, liability, etc. Working with commercial teams and legal on this, supporting them in the sales process.Â
Communicating all the above, ensuring teams are in sync.Â
Representing Kiln at key events and in key partner meetings.Â
[Optional] Managing product managers working on this product. This is optional as the role can either work as an individual contributor role or a manager role..Â
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management and/or Business experience, ideally in a B2B context. Â
Experience & track record in the crypto industry. You are working or have worked in the industry and know it well.Â
You have great product acumen and can put yourself in the shoes of both a retail and B2B user in the industry.Â
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Nice to have
French-speaking (not a requirement).Â
Worked directly on DeFi protocols.Â
