WHO YOU ARE: You're a Product Manager with deep expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). You're someone who understands the complexities of PeopleSoft FSCM environments and can translate evolving business needs into scalable and maintainable product solutions. As a senior member of the product team, you’ll work closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Development teams to ensure the platform continues to support strategic and operational goals effectively WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate business needs into enhancements and custom solutions on the PeopleSoft FSCM platform.

Own the product roadmap for PeopleSoft FSCM modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with technical teams (developers, QA, infrastructure) to deliver features on time and within scope.

Conduct gap analysis and identify optimization opportunities within existing PeopleSoft modules (Finance & Treasury/Cash) such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Purchasing, and Bank Setup, Deal Management, Risk Management etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and IT, to drive module-specific customization efforts.

Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, process flows, and release notes.

Lead UAT sessions, stakeholder reviews, and ensure adoption of new features and enhancements.

Stay current on PeopleSoft FSCM updates, patches, and new functionality and assess applicability for the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

5+ years of total experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner etc.

Proven experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM - Worked as Techno-Functional Consultant or Implementation Consultant

Strong understanding of core PeopleSoft modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Purchasing, Asset Management, Treasury/Cash etc.

Ability to bridge technical and business needs—comfortable writing detailed business requirements and working with development teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools (e.g., PS Query), and testing processes in ERP environments.
