Responsibilities:
Â
·     Develop and define the vision and strategy for our streaming product.
·     Create and prioritize the product roadmap and sprint plans.
·     Analyze user needs and define product requirements.
·     Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA, Marketing, etc.) and collaborate closely throughout every phase of the product lifecycle.
·     Conduct A/B tests and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
·     Define and track product success metrics; provide performance reports.
·     Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to constantly improve and advance our product.

Required Qualifications
Â
·     At least 7 years of experience in streaming platforms or digital media products.
·     Deep knowledge and experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
·     Leadership and management experience in product development processes.
·     Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
·     Data-driven mindset and a user-centric approach.
·     Experience with user experience (UX) and customer feed
