Our DX team is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the charge in creating seamless, world-class tools and resources for developers building on the Internet Computer. As a Product Manager for Developer Experience, you will play a critical role in understanding developer needs, defining product strategy, and delivering innovative solutions that enable developers to unlock the full potential of the Internet Computer. This is a hybrid-onsite position, based out of our new office in the heart of San Francisco. Responsibilities:

Drive the product vision and roadmap for the developer experience at DFINITY. Act as the voice of the developer, integrating user feedback to build developer experience improvements into the ICP SDKs. Collaborate with the community and various teams across DFINITY to further extend ICP capabilities Define clear success metrics for various developer tools by working with the stakeholders and considering short/long term goals Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea generation and problem-solving to consistently improve the developer platforms

Requirements:

5+ years of Product Management experience Deep understanding of developer experience and/or productivity Understanding of the software development lifecycle, tooling and patterns Strong track record of successfully delivering and scaling platform products along with understanding of building seamless developer tools and processes. You are not only able to shape a high-level strategic initiative, but can also sweat the details and drive results. You can sweat the details to understand the impacts of tough technical tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term impact You can make decisions in the absence of complete data and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Base Salary Range:  $150,000 - $235,000/yr This position can be considered across multiple levels.
