Who You Are:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our established product management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our Staking, Custody and Operations products (both client-facing and internal-facing).
Product at Galaxy works to define and build towards organizational goals in partnership with design, tech, trading desks, compliance, operations and many more stakeholders. We’re responsible for ensuring the delivery of product outcomes and assuring a first-class experience for our institutional client-base
What You’ll Do:
- Drive the development of a key product vertical in the Staking, Custody and Operations space, ensuring it meets market demands and client needs.
- Maintain constant commercial awareness and acumen, constantly validating new features against the goals of the business and the opportunities available in this nascent industry.
- Collaborate with support teams and the technology and infrastructure team to build end-to-end solutions for counterparties.
- Willingness and ability to write detailed requirements in Jira, document in Confluence and navigate around Figma and other standard product tooling to ensure requirements are clearly shared and communicated with applicable teams.
- Expand and enhance client-facing tools, improving user experience and engagement.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and traditional finance (TradFi).
- Experience in Staking and/or Custody or related financial services is highly desirable.
- Technical background with an understanding of automated workflows and software development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
