About the Role

We are Ascendant, a well-funded and highly promising blue-chip Web3.0 dApp project. We’re looking for an original, result-driven and professional Creative Partner, to design an edgy and engaging astrology website / app in Web3.0, targeting European and North American markets. If you are local in our target markets, familiar with Blockchain / Crypto/ NFT, and are intrigued by the fascinating field of metaphysics, please keep reading.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Cultivation and maintenance of seed user group, which is the foundation of all future testing
• For a startup, seed user group is the key to everything. A successful project achieves its product-market-fit by constantly testing its positioning, product design and aesthetic choice against its seed user group. We need a creative partner who is highly familiar with this process, and knows how to cultivate, and maintain a seed user group, which serves a critical function to the project.
• Our seed users are young, edgy, and independent Web3.0ers in North America or Europe, who can be interested in metaphysics. It'd be great if the creative partner is well connected in relevant markets and user segments, which makes it quick and easy to found and maintain an ideal seed user group for the project.
• Creative content: work closely with the team to provide dope and outstanding content for our features on the website and app. The objective is to create a user experience which the younger generation and futuristic Web3.0er would fall straight in love with. Features include:
• Fortune / Personality test: all creative copy and content, question curation, sharing function (fun is the key of keys for such features to succeed)
• PFP NFT: characteristic system and rarity system
• Spiritual pet: characteristic system and rarity system
• Brand design: provide a fun, compelling and professional brand story, describing our project's slogan, mission statement and core culture
• Social media content: Transform product features into compelling marketing social content, promote our product & services on social media and work with growth team on user acquisition:
• Social media strategy design
• Growth content write-up
• Community operation content preparation
• Trend observation: Identify emerging trends, strategy shifts as digital/social landscape evolves and create ever-evolving strategies to engage with existing audience and bring new audiences into the funnel

Successful Candidate Would Have

• Very familiar with cultures in targeting markets and vibes of dope crowds, and well connected enough to easily extrapolate a seed user group
• 2-4 years of proven work experience in brand design, social media or creative copy-writing within the Web3, blockchain, gamefi / game, or general tech startup industries
• Very familiar with leading and executing the process of concept or design development:
• Step1. generating ideas and designs
• Step2. testing with user group and collecting HONEST and comprehensive feedback
• Step3. Iterating ideas
• Step4. Re-test with user group or the general market
• Very familiar with Gen-Z aesthetics and culture, and is able to incorporate them into content
• Terrific storytelling and innovation, with extensive experience in content creation, socials and PR
