 Here at Bomb Crypto, we're focused on building a decentralized metaverse where real gaming meets the crypto economy. Users command NFT unique Bomb Heroes to battle monsters + other players in PvP/PvE modes, mine BCOIN tokens, and trade assets. THE ROLE:
Weâre looking for an Assistant Project Manager who thrives on communication, organization, and execution. In this role, youâll help be the hub connecting leadership across the West/East, ensuring our business operations run smoothly as we continue a heavy growth focused year. Youâll own and assist in coordination for project plans, role calls, workflows, and cross-functional initiatives keeping everything on track ahead of major milestones.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in being the central point of coordination across our team, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs.
- Help in owning project plans end-to-end â timelines, risks, contingencies, follow-ups â with clarity and accountability.
- Reduce meeting load by proactively summarizing decisions and circulating updates.
- Drive operational readiness for major milestones by coordinating priorities and deliverables.
- Maintain documentation and dashboards that give leadership visibility into status, blockers, and next steps.
- Anticipate risks and propose contingency plans that keep execution on track.
- Foster a positive, professional, and proactive team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in operations, project management, or program management.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication and people management skills. Able to push clarity and accountability without friction.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Proficient with project management
