Protocol Engineer Jobs

Venture Backed well-known Blockchain Project, having recently completed a 120ml USD raise is now looking to hire an experience operator to work along side the CEO and help get the business to the next stage of growth.

Please note I can only consider candidates that have experience with-in the Crypto/Blockchain industry.

We are particular interested in someone that has scaled a business significantly in a senior management position.

The COO will have full management & oversight of operations, finance, compliance, Legal and HR functions. Key to the role will be maintaining and improving processes across all of these functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives related to the development and growth of the blockchain protocol
• Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to establish and execute the protocol's business plan and overall vision
• Manage the day-to-day operations including product development, marketing, Legal and business development
• Work closely with the protocol's community of developers, stakeholders and partners to promote the protocol and drive its adoption
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, including exchanges, wallets, and other blockchain protocols
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Strong experience in a senior management role in the blockchain industry
• Good understanding of blockchain technology
• Proven track record of leading and growing a successful business or organization
• Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of the business and regulatory environment related to blockchain and cryptocurrency
• General understanding of security, scalability, and privacy considerations related to blockchain
• Understanding of cryptocurrency economics and tokenomics.
