About the role:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a deep passion for blockchain and expertise in cutting-edge tech stacks. Your primary focus will be testing applications through both manual and automated processes. You'll design and implement automated tests embedded with development teams to ensure high test coverage and contribute to a robust release process.
What you are good at:
- Lead QA efforts across our blockchain and Web3 projects, ensuring high-quality releases
- Design, implement, and execute test strategies for systems built on EVM, Solidity, Hardhat, Besu, and more
- Oversee functional and non-functional testing for both new and existing features, working closely with developers and engineers
- Automate testing pipelines with GitHub Actions and integrate monitoring tools like Grafana
- Perform rigorous testing on APIs (REST, GraphQL, Websockets) and front-end applications built with React
- Use proven tooling to deliver high test coverage across platforms
- Contribute to the security and reliability of blockchain applications, ensuring compliance with best practices
What you bring:
- 2+ years' experience of working in QA engineering with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technology
- Significant experience of working in software development teams and using Software QA methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and Grafana for monitoring and analytics
- Solid experience in writing clear٫ concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Significant experience with both white box and black box testing
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Exceptional analytical skills and a knack for finding edge cases
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles
- Experience with performance and/or security testing will be a bonus
