The team

Join a small, talented team of engineers building a high-quality cryptocurrency exchange interface in React Native. In this role, you’ll take significant ownership of both technical and product decisions, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver an unparalleled mobile trading experience.

The opportunity

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native

  • Take ownership of technical and product decisions, shaping both the codebase and the user experience

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless, performant, and intuitive mobile trading platform

  • Contribute to architectural decisions that prioritize scalability, reliability, and maintainability

  • Lead by example with clean, testable code and best practices in mobile development

  • Mentor peers and help drive growth within the team

Skills you should HODL

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications

  • Strong expertise in React Native, with solid understanding of native mobile development (Swift & Kotlin)

  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and related tooling

  • A strong product mindset, comfortable making product and design decisions alongside the team

  • Hands-on experience in crypto or fintech applications

  • Experience leading teams and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with additional mobile frameworks or libraries

  • Contributions to open-source projects in the React Native or crypto ecosystem
