Texture is a Modular Lending Platform built on Solana. Our mission is to allow equal and transparent access to capital and yield distribution via providing secure and scalable decentralized lending infrastructure to digital asset holders and asset managers.

Responsibilities

  • Build delightful user-facing products including product interfaces, TypeScript SDKs and APIs
  • Create intuitive and beautiful user experiences with attention to design details
  • Interract with end-users of the product, support and collect feedback from them in Discord and Telegram, when necessary
  • Maintain tooling and best practices for testing, package management, and CI/CD
  • Improve site speed, performance, and reliability
  • Contribute to team building, create and grow a culture of raising the bar

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years full-time software engineering experience with some of the following technologies:
    • React, Typescript, >
    • Solana web3.js / ethers.js

  • Proven track record of building a performant, user-facing products and features in finance or cryptocurrency industry
  • Strong interest in DeFi with extensive user experience in Solana DeFi apps and familiarity with the ecosystem
  • Excellent communicator with ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
  • English language proficiency

The target base salary for this role will range between 140,000 to 190,000 USDC (for US based employees) with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by several factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the time of the offer.
