Responsibilities
- Utilize various methods, such as professional networks, social media, and creative sourcing strategies, to actively identify and engage both passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, targeting both traditional and niche candidate pools.
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to discuss and develop effective hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for engineering, business development, and business roles.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates into active hires.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong aptitude for relationship building and effective negotiation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and a variety of sourcing and recruiting tools.
Preferred
- Strong understanding of and experience in the Crypto or IT industries, including current trends and talent demands.
