We are looking for a diligent project manager to support our CTO to drive technology projects in our business. You will be responsible to drive technology projects through the entire life-cycle, ensuring technical solutions are sound and aligned to business goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Support and conduct kick-off calls to launch new projects.
• Develop a detailed project plan and formulate a communication strategy for all project stakeholders and partners to develop schedule and establish milestones.
• Proactive communications to link developers and business units to ensure quality and timelines of projects' implementation.
• Provide oversight and management of work backlogs, prioritization process and work scheduling and monitoring.
• Publish periodic status reports to ensure project is on track and organize standing meetings to advance project delivery.
• Report on risks, issues, and accomplishments.
• Act as an escalation path for implementation projects to reset and clarify expectations.
• Facilitate and encourage discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
• Identify and escalate risks and blockers that post threats to the successful delivery of projects and provide solutions to resolve problems and bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Proven record of success leading all phases of diverse technology projects
• Expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Superb written and verbal communication skills characterized by technical acumen, clarity, and brevity, to effectively communicate across the business
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Engineering, Business or relevant fields
• PMP, MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt credentials would be ideal
