We are looking for a Project Operation Specialist to join our fast growing and dynamic VIP/ Institutional sales team. It's a role in the middle office to cover our key accounts and to manage the operation and product processes.
Responsibilites:
- Grow our VIP users base and increase awareness of all Binance products in exciting, creative and informative ways;
- Collect and summarize the needs of customers to build up product service and optimize the product process;
- Cooperate with the team and other departments to do data tracking of operational effects;
- Conduct research on competitors' product and service offerings, to propose countermeasures, and conduct feasibility analysis;
- To grasp customer needs and market dynamics, and carry outĀ activity optimization and new project formulation by using market research, data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in customer operation, product operation or related majors
- More than one year of operational work experience, financial background is preferred
- Possess strong planning and execution capabilities, as well as data analysis capabilities
- Have good bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English
- Working experience in blockchain and crypto exchange is preferred
