The Role

As a Social Media Manager at Minterest Labs, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media marketing strategy to promote our DeFi lending protocol to a wide range of audiences. You will be the primary point of contact for our social media channels and will work closely with influencers to create and publish engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Tasks

• Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy to promote Minterest Labs
• Manage and grow our social media channels at Minterest Labs by creating and publishing high-quality, engaging content
• Collaborate with influencers to create and publish sponsored content that showcases the value of our protocol and inspires action from potential users and investors
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns at Minterest Labs to inform future strategy and optimization efforts
• Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions about the direction and focus of our social media marketing efforts at Minterest Labs

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing, preferably in the DeFi or financial technology space
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance benchmarks, and best practices
• Experience working with influencers and creating sponsored content
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Native English speaker or level C1 proficiency
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to relocate and work at the Minterest Labs HQ in Tallinn, Estonia is a big advantage
