Ratio Finance is a Collateralized Debt Position protocol on Solana. Ratio Finance allows users to leverage their LP and other assets by minting “USDr” against their collateral with risk-adjusted stability fees and collateralization requirements. We are looking for a full-time social media manager to communicate between Ratio Finance Leadership and its community to ensure proper project management and expansion of Ratio’s product offerings.

Responsibilities: -Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand -Work with internal and external management to develop social media marketing campaigns -Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts -Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements -Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities -Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measure a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Requirements: -3-5 years of social media management experience -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field -Familiarity with major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) -Professional experience in blockchain or cryptocurrencies is strongly preferred -Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred -Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and HubSpot Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites -General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content -Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention -Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach -Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
