Symbridge is seeking a Head of Research who will be responsible for building Symbridge’s research department and making it a premier research house. You will write and publish Research on behalf of Symbridge, engage with Institutional investors and be a thought leader in the space.

What you will do:

• Develop analysis and models that will used in research reports to gain traction with the Symbridge Research brand
• Publish research at least every quarter to our targeted institutional community
• Collaborate internally to produce thought-provoking content as a core messaging discussion for business development team to discuss with clients
• Serve as a product expert in the space
• Understand the challenges institutional clients may have in investing in this asset class
• Assess the activities of our competitors to proactively suggest updates to business products
• Collaborate across marketing, product, customer success, compliance, and technology teams to continuously improve the customer experience
• Use social media channels to communicate the firm’s message to target clients

What you will need to have:

• Previous experience of working in FX, Equities and Cryptocurrency Research
• Advance MS Excel skills, VBA preferred.
• You should be able to present data through charts and other visual formats.
• You have a deep understanding of how a digital asset exchange works.
• Have previously used Content Management System (CMS) in an FX or Cryptocurrency practice and can provide reports using data gathering.
• Comfortable handling large data sets and statistical modelling.
• You follow a user-centric approach with a good understanding of finance (trading) and project management.
• Excellent attention to detail. Keeping up to date with Cryptocurrency trends and news.
• Ability to understand customer desires and behavior in trading and investment in cryptocurrency.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills around technology
• Exceptional analytical, management and organization skills
• Entrepreneurial and start-up mindset
• Bachelor’s degree required in a Scientific field.
