Join the InterSwap Core team as a Senior Solidity Engineer and help build the cross-chain future of DeFi.
InterSwap is an Omnichain AMM: fully composable native asset cross-chain AMM with unified liquidity built on top of the LayerZero network.
InterSwap is looking for a software engineer with extensive experience writing, testing, refining Ethereum smart contract code on mainnet, who is up to date on the current developments in Solidity and the EVM. The candidate needs to know Solidity intimately, follow industry best practices and the latest vulnerabilities and hacks in the Ethereum smart contract space with interest.
The current team is concentrated in UTC +2- UTC+5 time zones with contributors in EU, RF and UAE. The candidate will be working closely with the CTO and tech team.
We’re a small team driven by startup values - we move fast, re-asses often and quickly; agility helps us to complete milestones without missing deadlines.

Candidate Has:

Collaborative in approach and happy to work with others on projects
Intellectually curious and enjoys moving fast
Solid demonstrable work (on GitHub or otherwise) with Solidity code - 3 years or more
Written extensive automated tests for their contracts
Used AMMs and other DeFi products(bridges, cross-chain DEXes) on mainnet and can demonstrate a solid understanding of how those works
Preferably located in UTC +0 - +7 time zone
Ready to work remotely
Willing to be flexible with availability to accommodate for the fast-paced nature of the cryptocurrency market

InterSwap Will:

Pay monthly salaries in stables(USDT, USDC, BUSD)

At least 3 years of experience working with EVM, Solidity and Web3 tools (Hardhat, Truffle, etc)
Passionate about open source and blockchain
Senior strategic thinking, exceptional judgment and creative problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
Experience developing blockchain projects (specifically DeFi), general understanding of financial markets
Even Better if You
Know Rust and Solana, Terra
Experience with Solidity security audits (as an author or recipient)
Are familiar with crypto-economic protocol design including governance and incentive structures
Prior experience building systems for financial markets
