Security Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building the best Web3 security product. In this role, you will track and research emerging threats/hacks in Web3, study different protocols (e.g., Defi, NFT, etc.), design and develop effective detection modules and contents. You will work with a group of passionate and experienced engineer peers. Together, you will deliver the best detection (accuracy/coverage) capabilities to protect customers.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields with security research experience. PhD in cyber security or machine learning is a plus.
• Experience in developing detection capabilities for security products, including but not limited to intrusion prevention systems (IPS), malware detection systems, malicious Web content detection systems, etc.
• Experience with Web3 security research is a plus.
• Good communication skills
• Team player

Responsibilities:

• Research different Web3 security hacks and protocols
• Design and develop effective and efficient detection capabilities to detect known/unknown hacks in Web3
• Collaborate with product managers, engineer peers to deliver and launch new detection capabilities
