Responsibilities
- Lead the development efforts around the building and scaling of the MVP
- Lead the technical vision for the organization and translate the vision into the technology/product roadmap.
- Be an active participant in key business decisions at the most strategic level
- Help shape the culture of the overall organization.
- Overarching product direction at a strategic level as part of the leadership team.
- Support engineering hiring process and ongoing talent development.
- Technical leadership and ensure consistent best practices.
- Engage with investors and advisors as required.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as CTO of other SaaS / Blockchain / Payments organizations.
- +3 years of Experience experience with Solidity or another smart contract language.
- Prior experience in deploying smart contract systems to the Ethereum mainnet
- Familiar with Web3 frameworks and tools such as: OpenZeppelin, infura, ethers.js
- Bachelor in computer science or equivalent.
- Genius Mathematical/Scientific thinking
- Is a plus understanding of various DeFi protocols
- Good English (no need to be perfect)
