About the Role
We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll work closely with our small team to turn ideas into live features for thousands of DeFi users — going from concept → design → launch.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on product design: help conceptualise new DeFi primitives, vault strategies, staking solutions, and more.
- Ship end-to-end features: take ideas from concept to production — join product discussions, write both frontend and backend code, deploy to production, and monitor performance.
- Write and review code: contribute to the quality of our codebase not only through coding, but also by reviewing peers’ work and maintaining strong testing standards.
- Work closely with ecosystem partners: integrate with leading Solana DeFi protocols, test new primitives, and push innovation forward.

What does an Solana developer do?
As a Solana developer, your responsibilities would include designing, implementing, and maintaining applications on the Solana blockchain platform using Rust programming language
