We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dev Rel Manager to join our growing team. In
this role, you will be responsible for building and fostering a thriving developer community
around MOI Protocol. You will be the bridge between our development team and the
developer community, ensuring developers have the resources and support they need to be
successful with our offerings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy to drive awareness,
adoption, and engagement with MOI Protocol
Build and manage a vibrant developer community through online forums, meetups,
hackathons, and other initiatives.
Create high-quality technical content, including documentation, tutorials, code samples, and
blog posts.
Proactively engage with developers, answer their questions, and troubleshoot any issues
they encounter.
Gather feedback from developers and communicate it effectively to the product and
engineering teams.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developer trends and technologies in web3
Represent MOI Protocol at developer conferences and events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in a developer relations or similar role
Strong understanding of crypto & web3 ecosystem
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with
developers of all levels
Proven ability to create compelling technical content
Experience with developer communities and online forums
Passion for building and fostering positive and engaged communities
Experience with social media and developer outreach programs (a plus)
Proficiency in rust, solidity (a plus)
