Job Overview:
- Writing smart contracts in Solidity and managing an evolving DeFi application
- Integrating with a software development team and working closely with CTO
- Conducting technical due diligence and understanding dynamics/tradeoffs between different blockchain protocols
- 5+ years of professional software engineering
- 2+ years of Solidity smart contract development experience
- A deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and the EVM
- Experience deploying dApps or smart contracts on to Ethereum, BSC, or comparable layer 2 solutions/sidechains
- Experience with contract libraries, such as Dappsys and OpenZeppelin
- Smart contract dev tools/frameworks (Hardhat, Dapp, Brownie, Truffle)
- An awareness of different products and services that large DeFi projects like Uniswap and Maker are offering, and how they are implemented
- Understanding of Javascript Ethereum SDKâs (web3.js, ethers.js)
- Good documentation practices
- Intermediate technical English level (or higher)
Will be a plus:
- Any API interaction
- Knowledge of L2 technologies
- Experience writing smart contracts in languages other than Solidity (Rust, Vyper, Teal etc)
- Experience implementing complex math in Solidity
