We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Engineer with a solid interest in Ethereum and the Web3 space to help us maintain and evolve the Tokemak app. You’ll be working closely with our engineering and design teams to deliver a seamless, performant, and secure experience for our users.
We work in a modern monorepo setup with custom-built packages that manage every front-end aspect from shared UI components to subgraph SDKs.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of Tokemak’s front-end interface
- Integrate smart contracts and wallet connection flows using Wagmi and Viem
- Help expand and improve our internal front-end packages within a monorepo
- Write clean, modular code and peer-review others’ work
- Own features end-to-end: from idea to shipping to monitoring
Must Haves
- Experience with Ethereum/EVM-compatible chains
- Comfort working with wallets and smart contract interactions
- Strong React/Next.js fundamentals
- Familiarity with modern tooling: Next.js, GraphQL, React-Query, Tailwind
- Independent, organized, and accountable
- 2+ years of experience
Nice to Have
- You’ve used Tokemak or other DeFi protocols
- Experience maintaining or building custom shared packages
- Ability to build responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces
- Familiarity with component libraries like shadcn/ui and the ability to customize them
