A newly incubated venture, "Fortune", is on a mission to revolutionize global money movement by pioneering a next-generation payment service that breaks through the traditional barriers in the financial ecosystem. Our approach merges the existing payments infrastructure with digital assets by creating a a global network of regulatorily approved digital asset liquidity providers.

What is the role?

Business Operations at Fortune plays a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of the company's payment operations and business functions. This leadership position is tasked with ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities, overseeing payment processes, and supporting key business functions to foster a stable and effective operational environment.

Responsibilities?

In this role, you will:

• Operational Support: Ensure the seamless operation of Fortune by overseeing and supporting all aspects of payment operations. This includes managing workflows, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Transaction Success Management: Closely monitor and maintain the success rate of transactions, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Invoicing and Payments Reconciliation: Oversee the management of invoicing and payments reconciliation functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, adherence to financial controls, and maintenance of comprehensive records.
• Investor Communications Support: Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communications to investors, providing transparent and informative updates on operational performance, milestones achieved, and strategic initiatives.
