We are seeking a Founders Associate in Dubai to work directly with the leadership team of LeveX on strategic projects and initiatives.

Role Overview

The Founder’s Associate at LeveX will work directly alongside the leadership team, closely supporting strategic decision-making, execution of key operational projects, and driving impactful initiatives across the organization. You'll be deeply involved in critical tasks, spanning strategy, finance, operations, business analysis, and cross-functional project leadership. This role is ideal for an ambitious, highly analytical professional aiming to rapidly develop executive leadership skills and entrepreneurial capabilities within a fast-paced, growth-focused startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with LeveX’s senior leadership to manage strategic projects, operational improvements, and growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify business opportunities.
• Assist with performance and KPI tacking, financial performance analysis and financial modelling.
• Drive critical initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment, effective collaboration, and timely delivery across teams.
• Develop and manage internal and external communications, reporting directly to senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Continuously identify operational efficiencies, proposing practical solutions to enhance performance across all teams.

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or in a strategic role at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Proven track record of independently managing complex projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from a globally recognized university (Top-50 ranked institutions preferred).
