About the Team:

The Okcoin sales & business development team drives volume and revenue growth. We focus on institutional customers and HNW individuals globally. We cover a full range of crypto institutional customer segments, such as trading firms, market makers, financial intermediaries, payment providers, buy-side managers, retail brokers, etc. We work with liquidity, distribution, custody partners to build a mutually beneficial crypto ecosystem.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be driving the expansion within Europe. You establish commercial relationships and seek opportunities to drive our revenues.

This is an incredible opportunity for you to work in the most exciting and dynamic industry of the decade. You will be one of the first points of contact to a broad range of players in the crypto space, giving you a unique exposure to this ecosystem from day 1.

What you'll be Doing:

  • To identify, prospect and acquire new clients creating a pipeline of large new sales
  • Create a pipeline of Okcoin cross-sell opportunities thus maximising revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product and other business units where required and has oversight of all sales activities within the territory
  • Maintains up-to-date product knowledge on all products and solutions
  • Proactively take on new initiatives and exhibit a curiosity for learning.

What we look for in you:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with additional at least 1 additional language
  • Selling skills: identify, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales plan
  • Problem-solving ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
  • Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels with an organisation

Nice to Haves:

  • Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange
  • Experience working across time zones and cross cultural teams
