Responsibilities
- Perform generalist compliance work in support of compliance department
- Act as subject matter experts in the compliance review of our marketing activities
- Appropriately assess and mitigate compliance risks and define the strategy in terms of marketing complianceÂ
- Work closely in partnership with the Marketing, Product, Legal and Customer Service teamsÂ
- Ensure consistency between global and local practices and will work hand-in-hand with other global compliance team members
Requirements
- 3/5+ years of experience in complianceÂ
- Experience gained from a reputable consulting firm, fintechs or other financial institutionsÂ
- Experience in financial crimes compliance (AML-CTF, sanctions, fraud, corruption, loi pacte)
- Active interest in the cryptocurrency industry
- Strong sense of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
- Willing to get hands-on with challengesInitiative driven
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
