When working as a Compliance Specialist at Change you have the rare opportunity to be a part of a growing Risk and Compliance Team in an Estonian FinTech, and to counsel the management and Product Team when developing innovative financial products for European and Asian markets. 

One of our principles is “Customers first”, which is why we are looking for an ambitious and a solution-oriented Compliance Specialist, who shall ensure that our activities are lawful, and in the best interests of our customers. Inherent to a growing start-up, you as a Compliance Specialist have the great benefit of working closely with the business and product team, and taking responsibility for and grasping various legal areas in the financial sector, e.g. AML/CFT, payment and investments services and GDPR.
