As Bits continues to expand, we’re seeking a digitally-native Social Media and Community Manager to join and support Bits’ online community. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage social media for the purpose of engaging with our community to build hype about new developments & keeping everyone informed, engaged, and excited.

The crypto space is fast paced. This is the perfect role for a quick-learner who can rapidly absorb and consolidate information, and then share this with the world in an engaging manner.

You will work across a variety of channels including Twitter, Discord, and Web, and must have cultural fluency to communicate effectively with the crypto community.

Although you will report to Bits’ Product Lead, you will be involved in all areas of the business to soak up what we’re building to ensure brand consistency across all channels of communication.

Many consumers are still in the dark when it comes to how credit works, and it can often seem a confusing and stressful subject. As a Community Marketing Lead you will need to help communicate with Bits’ target audience about credit, crypto, and NFTs.

Responsible for:

• Writing engaging/related content across ranging digital channels including landing pages, social media, and digital distribution platforms.
• Build a proactive community management strategy across online and offline channels.
• Take ownership of initiatives such as webinars, meetings, and more.
• Recommend and onboard scaleable community-building solutions other than Twitter, Discord, etc.
• Utilise our brand guidelines to translate the brand message into your content.
• Generate periodic reports on emerging trends, community sentiment, and other relevant insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience + proven track record of building NFT communities
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the cryptocurrency and NFT markets
• Experience simplifying complex technical concepts for a variety of audience segments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of deliverables simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• A liking for ownership and a strong say-to-do ratio
